This is my goal for the coming week: to drink a green smoothie each day. Here is a picture of my first one, made today. This past week I have been working on planning what I'll eat each day. I want to eat six small meals a day. I run out of ideas. Some people drink protein shakes as meal substitutes. I don't think I need any more protein. I do think I need more raw green leafy vegetables. So the green smoothie will be my new snack of choice.
