Day 22 Whole30

Day 22 Monday, October 3, 2016
Woke up at 5 am. Breakfast was 3-egg scramble with veggies, sadly without salsa. I was out. :( Lunch was the salad with the canned chicken, ranch and salsa over a big bed of leafy green lettuce, arugula and spinach. Topped with cashews. Dinner was taco salad. I had bought the salsa so that was my dressing on my salad. Lettuce, cooked ground beef, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Tasty! Went to be about 9:30 pm. The timeline in the book says I might be getting bored by week three. I feel like my eating is pretty boring, but I am still super excited about the way I am feeling. They suggest trying some new recipes this week. I hope to try Melissa's chicken hash sometime this week. The picture in the book looks yummy!

Good for you to keep it up. I think I would probably be one of the quitters at this point. I'm glad you are feeling so good. I can't wait to hear about the new foods you try!
