Woke up at 5 am. Breakfast was a 2-egg scramble with veggies and fresh salsa!! :) Lunch was leftover mashed potatoes, gravy, roast and roasted veggies (carrots, butternut squash and onions) Dinner was spaghetti squash with tomato sauce. This is the sauce that I used tonight. It is from ALDI (one of my favorite grocery stores) and it was quit tasty, and whole 30 compliant!and ground beef. I also ate a banana. Super yummy! I was drooling a little bit over my families dinner. They went to Chipotle (like Cafe Rio) to support their school fundraiser night at the restaurant. Went to bed around 10:30 pm.

Your will power is astounding! To pass up Chipotle. You go girl! That's nice there is a canned sauce you can use.
